I ordered a delivery of mulch for my front garden from Alsoils and on delivery the driver had a tricky manouvre and caught caught the edge of our newly laid metal edging on the drive. Accidents happen. The measure of a company is how they react. The driver was apologetic, took responsibility, and briefed the office. When I called them I was passed to Matt (Director) and he took was apologetic and they offered to pay for the damage caused. No quibble at all. We're so happy with the product, and the aftercare we received from this company, that I have just ordered another delivery of their mulch for the back garden. Top product and great customer service. Highly recommended

Excellent selection of products on the website, ordering process was simple, communication great throughout and delivery was fast. The driver was helpful and courteous ensuring the 2 bulk bags were delivered to where I wanted them. The product (lawn topsoil) was of impressive quality and easy to rake out over the existing lawn and now the seed is taking well thanks to the quality. Will use again as well as recommend to others.

Apart from an issue with delivery, only given 30 minutes notice of delivery, all was well. Good product and friendly and helpful people. Delivery driver was excellent.

Hi Alsoils+,
We would like to say thank you very much for your delivery of 5 border blend topsoil bags. The delivery was quick and the position the driver left them in was just what we asked.

The quantity of soil filled our new border perfectly after using your online calculator. The plants are enjoying all the nutrients and space they now have. We are very happy!
Thanks!
