How will my topsoil be delivered?
Our high-quality fertile topsoils come in 0.75m³ bulk bags and are nutrient-rich and organic, meaning they are perfect for whatever you need them for. When you place an order with us, you may be eligible to receive free shipping by an external courier.
Our deliveries are typically made via a vehicle with a crane offload. As our topsoil arrives in an almost 1-tonne bag, you need to make sure that you have:
- A flat, hardstanding area
- No obstructions or access issues
- No weight restrictions leading up the location of delivery
- There is room on a safe driveway or pedestrian path
In some circumstances, we can’t deliver your bag of topsoil if:
- The bag has to go on gravel, stone, soil or grass
- The delivery location is on a slope
- There are low hanging object such as trees and power lines
It is also recommended that either the person who placed the order or someone from the household is present when the delivery service is attempted. Please note that if delivery is attempted and deemed not possible due to a lack of information prior to the delivery date, Alsoils+ are not liable for re-delivery charges.
